Nurturing paths of transformation,

for the flourishing of all.

Hi, I’m Hannah Moon!

I use she/her & we/us pronouns.

I am a fierce lover of Orca whales.

I am also a group facilitator and psychotherapist.

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here!

Vision

I believe healing is a journey best traveled in community—where personal transformation and collective flourishing are deeply interconnected.

I offer therapy as a relational, collaborative process that honors the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

My work integrates self-exploration, relational connection, and attuned presence, alongside somatic, creative, and nature-based practices.

I meet each person with authenticity, empathy, openness, and respect, honoring their unique story while recognizing how it has been shaped by culture, history, ecology, and systems of colonization, power, and oppression.

You’re warmly invited.

Whether you’re tending deep wounds, seeking clarity, or longing to feel more rooted, I am here to support your journey—held within a larger context of remembering, resistance, reclaiming, and reimagining.

In this space, healing is not about “fixing,” but tending to what longs to be seen, held, and transformed.

Not ready yet?

If you're not ready just yet, that's okay.

Journeys often move like the tide—sometimes arriving in waves. You're welcome to linger, explore, or simply rest here awhile.

When you're ready, the path will be waiting.

Until then, may you find a welcoming companion in the words and resources shared along the way.
