About
I am a graduate student of Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology (2026) and intern psychotherapist under supervision in Seattle, WA.
To address the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—I integrate somatic, creative, and eco-therapies with approaches drawn from person-centered, liberation, relational psychodynamic, and systemic theories.
These modalities allow us to work holistically as we confront grief, explore identity, and envision a decolonized future rooted in resilience, liberatory justice, and flourishing.
Who I work with:
Folks (ages 18+) navigating challenges related to:
trauma, abuse, neglect, grief, and loss; the impacts of chronic colonization and oppression (including and not limited to structural classism, racism, colorism, sexism, heterosexism, ableism, sizeism, ageism, and elitism); anxiety and stress; eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns; spirituality and faith; end-of-life stages and hospice care; as well as relational difficulties.
I work with individuals, relationship types of all dynamics, and groups.
