About

Woman in white dress standing outdoors near icy water with snow-covered mountains in the background.

I am a graduate student of Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in training to become a psychotherapist.

To address the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—I integrate somatic, creative, and eco-therapies with theories drawn from person-centered, liberation, relational psychodynamic, and systemic approaches.

These modalities allow us to work holistically as we confront grief, explore identity, and envision a decolonized future rooted in resilience, liberatory justice, and flourishing.

Who I work with:

I specialize in working with those (ages 16+) navigating challenges related to:

trauma, abuse, neglect, grief, and loss; the impacts of chronic colonization and oppression (including and not limited to structural classism, racism, colorism, sexism, heterosexism, ableism, sizeism, ageism, and elitism); anxiety and stress; depression; eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns; spirituality and faith; end-of-life stages and hospice care; as well as relational difficulties.

I work with individuals, relationship types of all dynamics, and groups.

    Somatic Roots Healing Circle

All are welcome to a virtual weekly gathering circle dedicated to communal lament, processing of grief, and pursuit of collective liberation through somatic practices.

We engage with somatic practices rooted in the wisdom of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. These voices not only teach us about grief and resilience but also guide us toward decolonizing and liberatory practices that connect us to our bodies, communities, and movements for justice.

Reach out here to get more information on joining.

Not ready yet?

If you're not ready just yet, that's okay.

Healing moves like the tide—sometimes arriving in quiet waves. You're welcome to linger, explore, or simply rest here awhile.

When you're ready, the path will be waiting.

Until then, may you find a gentle companion in the words and resources shared along the way.
