About
I am a psychotherapist living and practicing on the occupied and ancestral land of the Duwamish People—also known as Seattle, Washington. I am a graduate of Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology (2026) and currently practice under supervision (LMHCA in-process).
I come to this work as someone who cares deeply about how we make meaning of our lives—especially in the midst of grief, complexity, and change. I’m drawn to the places that feel hard to name, and to the stories that have been shaped in relationship, culture, and history.
I’m also just a human who loves a good breve latte, feels most like herself near the ocean, and spends slow hours reading and cuddling with her cat, Zelda.
I return to myself in different ways—sometimes by the water, sometimes riding my motorcycle, Regulator. It lives up to its namesake.
Areas of Focus
I walk alongside people navigating the complexities of being human in an overwhelming and unjust world.
These might include:
experiences of trauma, neglect, grief, loss, or transition
anxiety, overwhelm, or uncertainty
eating and body-related concerns
questions of spirituality or faith
relational dynamics and patterns
the impacts of colonization and systemic oppression
Orientation and Modalities
I offer therapy as a relational, collaborative process that honors the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
My work is shaped by person-centered, liberation, relational psychodynamic, and systemic theories, and we integrate somatic, creative, and eco-practices along the way.
These modalities allow us to work holistically as we confront grief, explore identity, and envision a decolonized future rooted in resilience, liberatory justice, and flourishing.
Who I work with
I work with adults (18+), including individuals, relationships of all structures and dynamics, and groups. Much of my work is with queer folks, gender expansive folks, neurodivergent folks, kinky folks, and folks in non-traditional relationship constellations.
I’m especially passionate about working with people who feel deeply and are engaged in collective spaces—activists, organizers, educators, artists, and healers—who are navigating the tension between what they long for and what feels possible.
I’m committed to working with people who have been pushed to the margins, and to honoring how those experiences shape how you feel, relate, and move through the world.
Background
With a background in hospice and death care, I specialize in supporting what emerges for folks in times of loss and transition.
I have both many years of experience and a deep affinity for journeying with elders and those in the end stages of life.
I also bring experience facilitating groups, and value the unique depth, connection, and shared meaning that can transpire in collective spaces.
“Love takes off the masks that we fear we cannot live without and know we cannot live within.”
